Hawkpoint is delighted to announce that Shaun Holmes has been appointed a Director of Hawkpoint Partners Limited within the Restructuring Advisory Team.
Shaun joins Hawkpoint from RBS where over 23 years he has extensive experience of restructuring from both a debt and equity perspective.
Shauns restructuring related roles at RBS have included being a Managing Director within the Equity Finance team, Head of the Banks European Mezzanine and Strategic Investment portfolio and Head of the Project Finance Power Portfolio.
Notable restructurings for which Shaun was responsible at RBS within the power sector include Damhead Creek, Drax Power, Eggborough/British Energy and Killingholme Power. Shaun was an Investor Director for Cannons Health Clubs (on which Hawkpoint advised), Condor Ferries, Expamet and French company MSSA all of which led to successful exits. Mezzanine restructuring assignments include Damovo, Wyko, Gate Gourmet and CPL Industries.
