| Gerhard Roggemann is a Vice Chairman
of Hawkpoint Partners Europe and is responsible for
the development of Hawkpoint’s German business,
particularly in the Financial Services area.
Gerhard served as a member of the Executive Board of
Westdeutsche Landesbank for 8 years. Prior to that he
was a Managing Board Member of Norddeutsche Landesbank
for 5 years and prior to that he was the Managing Director
of JP Morgan's German branch office in Frankfurt. Gerhard
retains a number of important non-executive directorships
in Germany, including the boards of Axa-Colonia Life
Insurance, Deutsche Börse, Solvay Deutschland and
VHV Holding.
