| Philip Kendall acts as a Senior Adviser
to Hawkpoint across a range of industry sectors.
Philip has spent some 30 years in the City and on Wall
Street in corporate finance and capital markets. Starting
with Baring Brothers in London and New York, he subsequently
acted as a board member of Samuel Montagu for 12 years.
Most recently as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers
he headed PWC's practice in listed company advisory
work, in particular developing their significant position
in public-to-private takeovers. His extensive bid experience
includes retail, media, property, and financial services,domestic
and international.
