| Nancy Hollendoner is a consultant to
Hawkpoint on the health care industry. Before forming
her own consultancy business, she had a long-standing
career as an analyst in the sector and, until 2002,
was at UBS. While at UBS she was rated the number 1
analyst in the health care services sector by Extel
and Reuters. From 1990 until 1996 she was in investment
management and left ABN Amro Investment Management to
join UBS.
