Finance Boutique of the Year for the third time in six years
and was also awarded the Exit of the Year 2009 for Converteam.
In previous years, Hawkpoint had been awarded the Sell Side
Deal of the Year 2007 for 3i and Gresham's sale of Target
Express.
At the unquote’’ British Private Equity awards
2009, Hawkpoint was named Corporate Financier of the Year.
Hawkpoint had previously won the award in 2006 and was awarded
the Exit of the Year 2008 for its disposal of Integrated Dental
Holdings (LGV).
At the end of 2009, it was announced that Hawkpoint had been
awarded Mid-market private equity deal of the year 2010 for
its disposal of Racal Acoustics. Earlier in 2009, at the Acquisitions
Monthly Awards 2009, Hawkpoint won the Mid-market Financial
Adviser of the Year award which recognises “the best
performing independent house during the last twelve months”.
